yeah, you need to have enough points that they're willing to talk to you, the paths for that quest are either threatening them into it or getting enough points they just agree with you and do it on their own

talk to an NPC and look for the "Agitate on Yuki Oota" option

looks like you caused some kind of glitch, yuki's supposed to have been replaced in the book by hitomi at that point

i mean nearly all NPCs causing an error about a missing file, followed by them having a face and hair but no actual head, and their clothes not loading so you only see them either naked or in underwear, but i'm not sure if there's a connection between those 2 issues

your choices are to deal with it until that bug is fixed, or restart and remove the Ladies Man perk from yourself during character creation

pc - (game folder)\game\saves

the ladies man perk is broken, only real way to avoid that specific error is making a character that doesn't have it

go to home and go to the movement menu to see the option

does v0.938a fix the things like nearly every NPC's head being invisible and being in either underwear or fully nude or the game taking 5 minutes to load
