Hopefully you add some features because as is it's pretty bare bones. Most people would be better off with Silly Tavern or something. Not being able to have your own personality for the player character kills this for me. It's really just a text box, and a picture. 

For now Ive been using the autosaves that way you only lose a day max.

I disagree, for tank controls they're fine. The bigger issue is the angles themselves, that one room where you come out behind a pillar comes to mind

Any chance you might eventuially add other cars to race against? Really nice game but that kind of makes it feel empty
