The inspirations page lists H. Miku as the author of the Cthulhu Mythos. Is... is that Hatsune Miku? Did Hatsune Miku write the Cthulhu Mythos?

Do bases have any mechanics attached to them? There's a bit where it says "Base Upgrades"
