I really liked the character designs I thought they were very unique. I think it was hard to deduce who the killer was because there didn't seem like there was much information on how Jack died so it felt like it was random chance because everyone had motive. There wasn't much in relation to the wasteland theme outside of the water cleaner that made it feel like this took place in a post apocalyptic world. The inventory and notes from the radio were super clean and looked really nice. Overall I think you've got a strong foundation for the idea it would just need some work on ironing out the kinks.
