Yes the house is always sunny even it's night.I already asked the dev for that.
Yes,no npc spawn at church,but there is a chance of event encounters like sisters will spawn and talk to you like in alley.
To hire more stuff members,you have to change the settings before you start a new game.Default stuff limit or 75 or something.. I don't remember.
I quit playing this game 4 months ago,it was very enjoyable and fun but updates are so long and nothing really much.
