Recently came upon this and really really loved it. I loved the dialogue, the visual choices and the gameplay a lot (bonuses for the overworld navigation improvements as more places are discovered).

My one downside is the representation of north american indigenous peoples, which is not a big part of the game, but did remind me a lot of the "noble savage" stereotype. I'm no expert, but I think it might be worth consulting people who are, or reading into native stereotypes and why they're criticized. I'm sure there would be tweaks that could be made to make the experience of indigenous players a lot more enjoyable :)

For all I know the game makers are somewhere else entirely, and/or I might be putting my foot in my mouth, but i'd rather make a fool out of myself on the internet than keep this one piece of criticism to myself when I otherwise loved the project so much.

Much love from Canada!

one of my favorite things ever i think

I just spent a good hour playing this without realizing it and now i feel less bad than i did before. Thanks :)

Just finished this, and it was a wonderful experience, especially the art style and the music! I'm not sure if there being no quit button on the menu is a metaphor or not haha

I also think i found a little bug, because i frequently went through a section of wall in the area with the journalist effect. It was one of the walls on the right of the player, and i kept going into it by accident
when using one of the speed effects

Cheers :)

really enjoyable little game!! I really like the art style, and thought the spelling mistakes added to the experience:) i did get stuck in a secret room and in the dev room and couldn't find a way to leave other than restarting
