This is beyond the scope of this help section, but it's very easy to share. With your TikTok account already enabled for streaming, you need to log in to TikTok Live Studio. Then, go to the Sources panel, add source -> Window Capture. Do this several times and in layers so you can share the playing area and scores and arrange them as you see fit. This is what I can do to help you, although there are many tutorials online.
