Based on the updates they've been getting, I don't think paying is necessary. Most of the time I look for this game for free on other platforms because it's not worth paying for hardcore scenes that aren't actually hardcore.
With each update I hope that new adult content will come (since it's a game that was supposed to be focused on that), but it looks like I'll be waiting for a long time.
