Appreciate your help a lot!

And thanks for your tireless work for the community here.

Hi everyone

I now have two published game jam winners (from New Year and early May) that are not showing up in searches at all. I read all the docs and made sure the games and project pages meet all the requirements. I understand that new accounts and games go through a manual review queue. Could someone please take a quick look and approve the indexing?

The corresponding Ticket ID is: #364926

Games: Plushplotion and Banachrono

Thank you so much for your help and time!

Thanks for making this!

I bought this audio pack and used two of your songs as fitting background music in my recent game jam submissions (Banachrono and Plushplotion). And I strongly believe it helped quite a bit to have them both win =)

So, I will definitely use another song of yours in some of my upcoming projects too!

Cool that you liked the mechanic.

Appreciate your feedback!

Great to hear you had fun with it!

Yeah, the good old times =)

Thanks for playing!

Yeah, good old memories =)

Thanks for playing! And say hi to your roommate!

Thanks for playing and your praise!

I like it much better now! The smooth slowdown/speedup when picking up a banana is perfect.

One last request would be to also allow the cursor keys for movement. Personal preference =)

Btw. there is a typo on your project page: "CONTROLS: S - Left". Should be "A" not "S".

Haha, very simple but fun =)

I ended up playing this for far too long!

What about adding some groovy background music and sound effects? I think this would improve the experience a lot.

Congratulations on your submission!

Played it quite a few rounds. Love the aesthetic!

I do not like that you have to restart from the very beginning when you get caught. What about just repeating the level?

Congrats on your submission, nice little banana game =)

Wow, love this back and forth in time puzzle game! Mind bending experience for me.

And, in contrast to my kindred game, you designed many more levels ;-)

Enjoyed every second of it! Congrats on the submission.

I quite enjoyed this. What's not to like about shooting bullets with pixel effects =)

Yeah, it's a bit short and you can shoot through walls ... but it's a fun game nevertheless!

What about adding some blow back to enemies that got hit? Adds a bit more of juice to it.

And last but not least: I love the title screen.

Ok, I'm a slow learner ... took a while until I mastered "crate management" and got a lot faster =)

Chill game, played it a lot longer than expected.

Congrats on your submission!

Took me a few runs to figure out the rhythm of the game =)

I actually quite like the game mechanic, simple but different. Needs some polish, but I can see a nice little arcade game here.

Enjoyed it!

Had quite some fun with it =)

I liked the slow-motion and the ability to deflect bullets.

The instant death/back to spawning point is not my taste. I think a health bar would make the experience better.

Congrats on your submission!

Yeah, the beginning was confusing. I just waited for a long time until I randomly pressed keys.

But I think your game is quite creative and unique

I laughed when the dinosaur started hunting me (the music was too loud though, my ears!) =)

Took me  a bit to figure out what to do at the beginning. But I figured it out in the end =)

Congratulations on your submission!

Yeah, I feel you. There should be an extra day for level design in each game jam for me ... there is never enough time for it =)

Thanks for playing!

I really tried to have a good balance and consistency of music and sound effects this time. So I appreciate your positive feedback quite lot =)

Thanks for playing!

Thank you for the praise =)

Great to hear you liked it!

Wow, thanks for sharing your impression. Appreciate it a lot!

Feedback like this is every creative person’s dream. You’ve made my day =)

Congratulations =)

And thanks for playing!

I really wanted to do more levels, but alas, there was not time left =)

Thanks for playing!

Quite a challenge!

Would be nice to have a history of commands you previously typed (like in a shell).

Not my usual style of game, but I appreciate that this game is different than the rest =)

Enjoyed playing this a lot!

I like the different levels and the boss fight. The banana boomerang is cool too =)

The one thing I would fix is that the player gets stuck quite easily at obstacles ... and the horde will catch up quickly then.

I really struggled with the controls (mouse swiping). It's just not for me =/

Other than that, the game is simple but fun. The art and music is great!

Congratulation for your submission.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. Appreciate it a lot!

Not sure if I continue with this game ... but if I do, I'll pick quite a few of your ideas.

Great to hear you enjoyed the game =)

I got into the mall and collected all the banana pieces ... then the game got stuck at a black screen unfortunately.

It's missing the polish, but hey, you submitted a game jam entry!

Had some fun playing around with it =)

I really like this a lot! Need more of this ... now =)

So many creative ideas, right from the beginning.

Had a lot of fun with this. Great game jam entry!

I really like the short but deep story of this, coupled with the different music styles. Makes it feel special =)

The game mechanic is simple, not too difficult, but completely fine for such a game jam.

The objects spawn in the middle of the screen though, not at the right border. You might want to look into this.

Overall, I enjoyed the experience!

Starts easy, but gets impossible after the second time jump. Feels almost more like an experience than a game. At least for me =)

I like the idea and its implementation though.

Creative submission. Enjoyed it!

With a lot of trial and error, and a bit of patience, I reached "the end" of the game. Quite a nice little adventure after all.

Some starting hints for future players (spoiler alert):

  • Find the pickaxe first just outside the mountain, then equip it by pressing 1
  • You can now dig earth tiles left or right of the player by clicking on them
  • You can also dig down and up, but when clicking you also need to hold W or S accordingly
  • Dig out all gems and bring each of them (by using E) to the "bench" outside the mine to unlock the next phase...

With a bit of polish, this could be a fun game. Enjoyed it!

Played longer than I was expecting. It's just great to fight against monster hordes =)

What I miss is some sort of effect when a monster dies. Would be much more satisfying to have some particle effect or animation. Just more juice!

Enjoyed this one a lot!

So, I have just played it again for a few rounds.

I think I misjudged it before. The one thing I had trouble with was the shooting direction. Now I know why: I often tried to turn say 90° and also shoot at the same instant. In such cases, my shots usually went according to the previous walking direction, not the one I thought I just turned to. Hope this makes sense.

In the last few rounds, I consciously walked a step into the direction I wanted to shoot first, and only then fired a shot. Worked great this way!

Looks like it was more an issue with me than with your game controls after all ;-)

Great to hear you loved the core mechanic. Thanks for playing!

Thanks for your praise!

Yeah, there should be so many more levels ... I know, I know =)

Thanks for playing!

Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks for playing the game!

The intro movie is just brilliant =)

Nice way to incorporate the theme and special object naturally.

What a cool game jam entry. I really enjoyed this one!
