Thanks for playing :)

Thanks! The materials just a clean black with the metalic and roughness values altered to be reflective. Then to get the grey visuals, I stumbled onto them while playing around with a mix of the directional light and skylight values + a vignette in the post process for the scene. If you load them in seperate data layers in UE you can swap your lighting conditions quickly.

Thanks for playing!

Ah sorry to hear that you got stuck, the sax is the end interation that brings you to the credits scene! So you did make it to the end really haha. Once the voting is over were subbing a new build with a bunch of QoL fixes and optimisations we couldn't fit in time. Thanks for playing!

We've got some fixes in the pipe for level streaming and optimisation, unforturntly we missed the deadline subbing some of these fixes, but once the voting has ended we'll be updating the itch.io build. Thanks for playing it though!

Hey! It's a compressed file you can use 7zip to extract, then open it up and run the executable. Alternatively if your not familiar with how to do that, you can download the itch app, https://itch.io/app, find our game again and click install. It dodges any file shenanigans and should run it as an application so you can play it.

Hope this helps!

Found myself adjusting my towers as the run went on to change up what was effective. I liked the extra golden pieces being introduced later, the variety of tower pieces kept it interesting. Love that as it scales up you can scroll up and down and watch all your towers at work. Great work!

Loved the idea and presentation of the circus. Even with just the one minigame I found myself chasing the agility stats screen. With some more minigames, introduction of more fleas and some progression you could easily see how the concept could scale into a full title

Thanks!

Ah, it looks like you have a key picked up as an item in your stack. (see the white outline on the key) You should be able to cycle through to the fuel items with the scroll wheel, or drop the key by looking at the ground and right clicking. If you use the key on a key slot like you the one you interacted with in the opening, that will also consume the item and free you to use the remaining fuel items.

Nice catch though! I think we missed this being a tricky interaction since all of us were used to the inventory system, maybe we should have had the key in the left hand and fuel on the right or something similar that prioritised the fuel over the key in situations like this.

Thanks for giving it a go though!
