Can any trait be a DNA trait, for the record?

Hey, me and my friends are looking into playing a game with your module! We think it's cool n looks nice to use. Unfortunately we're a little stuck at the character creation stage when it comes to traits. Hopefully you're still working on this but I have questions.
Can any trait become a DNA trait? Do DNA traits count towards only being able to have 3 traits? Can you stack like 10 bonus traits at level 1 if it makes your TP equal 0? (and is MP a typo or actually something different?)
