Neat game, enjoyed the art style a lot. I would probably remove the enemies after you beat them or maybe make what remains  smaller since it's kind of hard to tell when it's alive and when it isn't. Movement took a while to get used to and I wasn't quite sure what to do at times, but I see a lot of potential here.

Good feedback, I definitely should have made it possible to do the levels completely with keyboard. Thanks for playing!

Fun game! I probably shouldn't have played it first thing when I woke up, but I still managed to get to 180 speed or so :)

Great job! I like when games use something punishing like dying and turn it into a game mechanic. Clever take on the theme.

Very similar games! Really enjoyed playing through yours!

Great job! Similar concepts, very well executed!

Good job finishing the jam!

Good job on finishing the jam!

Haha yes we did! Crazy how we even had the same title at one point, too!

We DID make the same game!  Really love your style, lots of polish here too. Great job!

That's what I was worried about, ran out of time to balance the ramping well enough. Thanks for the feedback and for playing :)

Enjoyed the game a lot, but level 24 was brutal and I ended up having to quit after trying quite a few times. Great job on the game though, really liked the concept!

Cute game! A little like a cats version of Uno, but playing against yourself. Great job!

A fellow puzzle enjoyer, I see :) really enjoyed the game. I think making the text a bit smaller and not in the middle of the screen would be a nice improvement, and maybe adding some audio somewhere, but I really enjoyed it. Great job!

Really neat take on the theme. Brings me back to the Pokemon Snap days. Great job!

I love me a good mystery, even if I'm terrible at them. Great job completing the jam!

Cool concept. I think only being able to do actions for a second is pretty restrictive, but I still like the idea! Great job on completing the game jam!

Nice game! I think the only thing I noticed that could be improved is the giant dice that count down make it hard to see what's going on. Adding some transparency to them or something to improve visual clarity would help a lot. Really nice job though, great game!

Cool idea, had to swap to space bar when the message popped up cuz im old :)

Cool game! Could easily see adding things being added to this like coins / tokens to pick up for progression / high scores. Great job!

Great job! This is an awesome first game jam submission. Got through all the puzzles, the last one was just complicated enough to really make me think for a minute. Only feedback I have is adding sounds, a "reset" button to reset the whole level instead of pressing X, and making the level completion replay be an optional thing. Congrats on completing the jam!

Cool game,  showed me just how bad my reflexes are getting. Congrats on completing the jam!

Very cool take on a looping survivors-like game. Maybe the abilities should not be tied to being in the zone in order to activate with the key presses due to the limitations, but I really enjoyed the game overall! The art was awesome as well.

Interesting take on the theme, I could see this being expanded on pretty easily. Congrats on completing your first game jam!

Nice unique take on the theme. Definitely separates it from the others I've played. This feels pretty polished as well, great job!

Neat idea for a game. I think the physics is a cool addition, but can get in the way most of the time. Good job overall and it was a relief to play a game that had a unique take on the theme!

I see we went the same way with the theme haha. I liked the mining aspect, always wanted to try implementing a system like that.

Thank you! I appreciate the comment :)

Cool game! I got stuck on the third level and there was no way to restart it as far as I could tell, and the music stopped playing too, but other than that, I really liked it!

Loved the concept, great job.

Always love a good bullet hell. Good job with this, I enjoyed it!

I'm not sure if I was playing it right, but I had fun :D

Very cool! Enjoyed the style and the way you could upgrade your ship was a great take on the theme.

Neat little game! The breaking sound was a little loud, but other than that, well done.

I can't tell from your comment if you bought the upgrades or not, but if you didn't purchase them from the upgrade menu, you can't use them. If you did, sounds like there's an off-nominal bug somewhere. Sorry about that!

Sorry to hear that! Were they unable to be used after you bought them in the upgrades menu?

Nice work! Concept is good and I can see this being taken much further.

Feedback: I think the camera should either strictly be on the player's center, or look slightly ahead of the direction the player is moving. That would make it a little more intuitive.
