*Update* (Web version was added)

So i like the game idea and that bullet upgrades are dun but the camera shake is a little much and I don't know why it shakes? Is it on enemy hit or wall hit?

I did find that 1 hit will take all 3 lives and I can not press R to restart but these might be issues with the Web version?

Overall think its a cool game for 3 hours with some great ideas.

Congrats 💚

Nice to see the game made it into the jam 🎉

(I have already left a comment on the game page)

Game was fun to play and I had to keep going until I got over 100.

Great work on this and look forward to the next game you make.

Great work on getting the web build sorted.

Game was fun and on theme. Simple and fun!

Glad I can play and rate it.

It was definitely inspire by Tron :)

Player vs Player might come after the jam maybe. Depends if I have time.(Currently working on my main game)

Thanks for playing!

I think you did an amazing job on this game. love the art and sounds they fit perfectly.

You seem to have found a great way to program the gauges.

How long did this take you in the end?

Controls did throw me a little but that is only because I don't look at the page until I tried to play it. I like to see if the game tells/shows me or is intuitive(Am I using this word right?).

I used X for X and arrow keys but the square threw me off and I just pressed every button until I found it hehe.

Great job on this game!

Never mind I just noticed you said gamemaker.

I think it depends on the engine you use right? Like not all of them might have an easy way to make a build for web pages(html5)

No need to apologize tho as you made a game and put it out there for us all to play so that is a win!

May I ask what engine you use to build games?

Honestly the main thing for me and I see this in other jams is screen shake or swaying camera moment. That is why I try to give the option to disable it in my games.

Cant wait to see what you make next.

Yea it was on the "Q" key but I kept pressing it by  mistake so I moved it to "P" as i thought P = Pause.

The fact that the art is just basic shapes gave me a lot more time to build the game. I would not have been able to make this if I did better art.

That being said I do like how its looks :) Kind of a retro arcade vibe.

Thanks for playing 💚

Thanks 💚

A lot got cut due to time but im happy with it.

Thanks for playing and the feedback 💚

Had more levels planned but ya know. (3 hours goes fast)

Nice game you got here.

It did freeze after like level 4 tho? Is that the end or did i get unlucky?

Sound would of been nice but in 3 hours you did a great job.

Keep up the good work!

Great concept and the use of Pico.

The game runs fine with good sfx and I did play for a bit longer than I thought I would so congrats on that.

Only issue I found was my player passing through the ball and not colliding with it. (Might be a browser thing tho)

Game is cool great job!

(I agree with Ruddy that this could replace the dino game)

The idea and design are good but I felt the delay on going to the next level or dying felt a little off.

Aim seems backwards like I would normally aim away from the ball?

You did a good job on the levels and collisions tho so well done!

Cool game using Pico.

As Noah said a level restart would of been better on a fail.

I like the mechanics with the different walls having there own effects on you.

Art is just right for this type of game (Also Pico limitation?)

Nicely done and great work!

Sorry I can not play the game.

Nothing against you or the game I just have had issues before form itch.io files.

Only leaving a comment so you know I was here to play the game.

Wish you luck in the jam 💚

"Also, games with HTML5 versions get much more visibility on most Jams"

I agree as a person who only likes to play web version and not download files.

I have not played this for that reason but I hope others do.

Cool concept and works perfectly.

Has a good challenge to it if not a little bit of luck added (Most of the time)

Would be cool to add more AI for a frantic 4v4.

power ups etc that have already been mentioned would be a plus after the jam.

You did some good work here, Well done!

Cool game.

I like that the hordes of enemies stop you from getting a good shot but it does get annoying fast if you can get a gap to kill the cult peeps.

Nice sound and art was cool. Story was short and sweet with no big text blocks to read. (Thanks)

As already mentioned by Spacedistort tho the camera was reversed or I would even say not needed? Could of just followed the player centered maybe?

I clicked the hp bar and then lost controls of the player for a bit for some reason. I got hit and that fixed it tho.

Great work and a difficulty option is a welcome little gift for a jam game.

Keep up the good work!

Great game.

I played for a while to max out but i kept clicking early trying to click as it hits the water. Turns out you click once the white ring appears or at least that's the timing i got down to.

This was on my short list of games to make. Skipping stone game but I was thinking click to keep skip momentum.

Cool game and well done.

Hey thanks for playing my little game.

The AI on each side is a smart idea and one I didn't think of so thanks for the idea.

Last level is a"Hard" AI as a bit of a challenge. It can use 2 discs at once. Was meant to be harder but I am not sure if it was lol

Was also going to be a difficulty option on level select that allows multi discs but time got away from me so I just added that 1 level.

So more of a tween to position I guess would be cool.

Well its still a great effort in the time you had.

You got the core loop down and that's the main thing right.

End of wave screen is a cool idea.

Was the player teleporting to the mouse after you shoot intentional?

The shake was great for a bit.
I liked it I just couldn't handle it lol

Fun game tho :)

Thanks for playing.

Player vs Player was in the game but got cut due to time and bugs.

Might update it after the jam as I was not far from getting it to work.

Yea that time creeps up fast right!

Hey thanks leaving a comment and playing my game. I had much more planned but as normal for a jam i had to cut it.

The bullets bouncing against each other is fun right :)

I use Firefox but not sure what happen :(

Thanks for playing!

Yea simple was my goal for the jam and even then I had to cut stuff.

I be honest and say I have no idea whats going on here :(

Sorry I just didn't see what i was meant to do.

This game looks great on the boss screen but the levels I assume was simple due to time?

Fun idea and mechanics tho and for sure a tricky game.

(That level text is a strange bug)

Great work on this and look forward to seeing more in future jams.

Game only loaded after 5 page refresh and then it crashes at menu?

Ruddy once again says what i was thinking lol

For me tho the music go sooo loud for some reason i had to turn my volume off.

The screen shake was a little much also but that's a personal preference and easy fixed with a toggle.

The fact you did this all in 4 hours is impressive tho so great job!

Not my type of game but nice job on this.

You got a lot done in a short time with adding all the market changes.

Music is 🔥

The games aim sensitivity tho is a bit high for me tho personally.

Aiming was a little tricky as the boomerang was in the way. Maybe change its opacity while aiming?

Cool game tho and nice that its 3d.

Nice game with cool art.

Found it fun and easy enough to play but wish the music kept playing in level.

Great work!

Yea its just a simple move to random position every X sec but as a quick jam game i didn't want to spend time making a big AI brain.

Little game Little AI Brain lol.

Thanks for playing tho.

Nice first jam game.

I think the zombie build up is way to fast tho as you get overrun in like 20 sec.

I would of added a black tint or changed the opacity of dead zombie to make it easier to see who is alive(Or not dead dead?)

Anyway good work on your first jam!

The game looks nice and plays well.

I think the xp total per level bar needs to be lowered to give a hit of progression sooner.

Maybe add a puck recall button as sometimes its not reachable without losing hp.(To me just felt unfair but as a game mechanic its cool)

Nice work and to keep it under 3 hours? Magic! (And good planning of course 😁)

Probably my fav game so far.

No idea why but it just feels great to play and figure out the levels.

Already left a comment on the game page before the vote period.

Needs more levels and maybe a simple bg track on loop.

other than that tho great job love the art and mechanics.
