Hi slim. I paid for this through itch, but now have to pay again through another site, how do i access this without a double purchase?

Currently playing this, its a great game, very arousing and awesome story! Love it. But im stuck in the Asylum haha. What am I looking for in here? p.s I will definitely buy any games that are similar to this, all I would ask is longer gif scenes with slightly more going on, but otherwise great
