Are you using the default windows extractor? I ran into issiues using it as well. But I you have a different extractor like 7zip you can just right-click the downloaded file, open it using 7zip and than extract it from 7zip. That worked without issues.

Did you buy the phone using your PC? I recommend checking the wiki if you are stuck. you can also access it via the PC in your room
