itch.io

for some reason I don't know what to open this file with, it's not like other itch . io games where I extract all files and double click application, it insists I open it with something and when i try every way to open the file it doesn't work, any tips?

I've downloaded multiple itch.io games before but never one like this, I'm really bad with computers can someone help me get the goose to work?
