Is 0.4.6 and 0.4.6b the same, or is the one with "b" an update.  If it is an update, I purchased the original, so I should be able to update for free, correct?  If anyone could offer advice, it would be greatly appreciated.  Cheers all!

I paid and downloaded the most current version.  Question, after the fundraiser at the coffee shop, i end up at Linda's home.  We have sex.  I can release myself inside her, getting the love juice i need or can finish outside.  Any idea what the best move is?
