Absolutely! I'm on Windows, on the latest version of the simulator. I click on the game to open it, see the grid background, then it kicks me right back to the playdate home screen.

If you'd like, I can record a video for you once I'm off work!

In addition, I tried to use Playdate Mirror, but that seems to completely bork the audio. This game is legit so much fun, I really hope there's a fix for the Simulator so I can stream it to my homies and convince them to buy it!

Legit, the audio really helps this game. It helps tie the game together, and realllllly makes it into a relaxing but challenging puzzle game/city builder/entirely new genre!

Thanks for making this game, gytiszal!!! I legit love it, and can't wait to get it working on the sim, or at least at full speed on the mirror app!

It seems like this is the only game that only works on my Playdate and not on my Playdate Simulator, any ideas how to fix it?

When I try to open the game in the sim, it immediately closes.

I love it, awesome job!

I know this is random, but it runs on the Steam Deck just fine!

Are there plans to update the Deck Builder as time goes on?

This would be awesome!

This was a lot of fun! Can't wait to try the second one!

Works perfectly on the Steam Deck with Proton!

Keep up the great work! This looks like an amazing application, I can't wait to buy it!

Update: Figured it out! Itch.io's game client only downloads the offline version and not the online one. Just in case anyone else gets this issue, you just gotta download it from a web browser.

Getting a weird error:

Thank you!

Where is the password generated? I made a character and didn't get any sort of password. Now I can't log in :( Just to check, I made a new character and still didn't get a password.

This is a bit embarrassing, but I found the answer. See, I got the Mac at a garage sale for pretty cheap. It's from 2008 and has uh...2 gigs of ram and a case full of dreams. I think it's simply too old to run the Tic-80 installer. The other stuff I threw at it seemed to work fine, but it can't really be much else.

I tried to download and open the tic80 pro dmg file onto my mac, but I get an error message which reads:

The following disk images couldn't be opened

tic80_pro_0.70.6.dmg no mountable file systems.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried to redownload the file and it did not work.
