Yeah, it seems the balancing appears to divide people. Some say it's too hard, some say it's easy. I will definitely change the full heal on level up to a collectible heal item that spawns on the map randomly. Thank you for your review!

Something I experienced was that at the start, the text telling me to trade my pollen for honey appeared always after getting two. Naturally, I did as I was told instead of getting all the pollen and then head back. This proved to be a bit tedious going back and forth without the dash and I also lost track of what flowers I already interacted with, so I had to double check them. I only did that on the first day, but still something I want to mention. Maybe the text telling you to trade your pollen should only appear the first time you get 2 pollen.

Also, we the bee council, demand a queen to serve! Maybe you could trade the pollen for honey with her majesty instead? Just a bee thought.

Overall, a lovely game! I definitely look forward to more future content if you decide to make some!

I enjoyed it a lot! Definitely replay value here to get you hooked. Took me a while to register that I had to level up the weapons on the right side, but it was smooth sailing from there. The scoreboard is a nice addition. Will play it again!

So honored to have prime messi play my game! Jokes aside, yeah I had some playtesters that either beat the game first try or did not make it past minute 2, so the balancing is not the best for sure. Optimization wise, I'll look into that. It's probably the amount of xp orbs lying around

Loved your game! I was about to say that the fireballs were too slow, but then you introduced the arrow keys little guy and my brain was melting (pun intended).  The text that explains the game as it goes along is super well made and I liked it. The art is cute and you can make them kiss by walking into each other. Love that. Overall a very solid game for your first game jam!

Things I didn't like: I, in fact, did not have a numpad. Shame on me
