Thanks for testing! Sorry to hear you have problems. It happens sometimes on lines below 10Mb/s, we have noticed.
Choosing quality is a good solution, unfortunately the framework used to play the videos does not have the option. We'll look into if we can add some sort of pause so you can buffer up manually.
In the meantime, one option could be to try and play during non peak hours. Happy viving!
