Has the game been dropped? Theres been complete radio silence for 2 years now, so I'm just wondering whats going on with development?

Whens the full game coming out? me and friend played it together and loved it! We thought it said it came out on August 31st, but cant find the full version. Just wanted to know how development is going and if theres an expected release date
