Queshten, how do you go about producing your character models?

Well, I mean, what resources do you use?

I want to make a Vishal novel in a similar style, for my own personal nostalgic reasons.

However, I can't find a way to do it to save my life.

Please tell me how you get them or the base modals?

I feel stupid for asking, but i feel that I am (apparently) unable to solve this riddle. I have played this for a month now( including the latest ruby build) and I have yet to find a way to get steel legitimately.

Am I crazy or did I miss something?

In short, how do I get steel?
