Remarks:

Description of the phases mention "cards" (plague/ obstacle card) but there are (in the setup) "counters" and "tokens".  - Yes, will update. Nice catch

Questions:
1) Retreating because of Confrontation Challenge - when Moses wins, the Pharaoh retreats one space but in which direction? Retreating is always going left towards Egypt. Pharaoh wins and Moses can spend 1 Miracle, Moses "escapes"... but what does it mean? Moses remains in the same space, only he is not caught. Does he retreat anywhere or does he remain in the same space, only the game does not end? Yes

I imagine that at the beginning of the game, Pharaoh is ahead of Moses but later, Moses "bypasses"/ leaves Pharaoh behind... Nevertheless, this Pharaoh Retreat may imply that Pharaoh will be kept ahead of Moses' token, depending how one understands "retreat".

2) Hail Plague Card: What does it mean that Pharaoh "loses 1 movement point"? The rules on Pharaoh movement mention only moving by one 1 space. Does it mean that Pharaoh does not move at all for two turns? Correct


3) Verbiage in Plague cards. "Gnats" have "Pharaoh may not use an obstacle card" - does it mean that Pharaoh does not draw a card or that its effects are ignored, the card is still drawn? Pharaoh still draws his obstacle token for the turn but its effects are ignored, correct. What is the difference between "Frogs" and "Death of Livestock"? One asks for removal of one obstacle card (from where?) Remove a current obstacle token in play , the second asks to discard 2 obstacle cards from Pharaoh's deck remove two tokens at random from the deck and put it aside. After the deck runs out they get reshuffled into it again. Maybe they mean the same effect of removal of a card/ cards from the deck... only they use different phrases. 

4) Is there a limit on how many Plague cards Moses can have at any single time? no limit

1a) My preferred method is dry erase marker on clear plastic or as you mentioned, pencil on paper. 

No mech unit on Mission 1. Mission 2 there is a mech unit (truck) on B6

1b)  you may distribute damage points as you see fit between commandos. 

2) Any commando can fulfill missions 1 and 2.  You have to use a commando special ability (CSA) ACTION at the required location to fulfill mission. (this only means that the commando is using one of his actions to perform the mission goal - not that he is using his innate ability. )

3) Correct

4) Flip counter, mark up the spot with an X, or use dice, piece of paper etc : )

Question about the Honor Track:

If I'm the Red player with 4 Honor and Blue Player is at 2 Honor I get the +2 Strength to my combat rolls, correct? 

Does the Blue player receive his +1 for Strength? I think not since Red is highest in the Honor Track?

Further playing of the game...in solo mode

-Build action: I have to spend a card of the structure value to it's construction side then spend another card to finalize it? Also, do I need a die on the space in order to build a structure?

-Massilian Wall being damaged: I noticed one massilian wall token with reduced numbers...since there are 3 massilian walls on the game perhaps 2 more tokens could be added to the game? 

- I also noticed that there are two regular ramps, and one brick ramp. should it be 3 regular ramps + 1 brick ramp?

Exactly what I was thinking about the Solitaire setup for the spread of pips for the Massiliann side and Fleet space, i thought that's what you were going for anyway, cool.

I think what you have is pretty clear for the multi player and solo variant. (though I did have a question about Massilian MOVEMENT for the solo mode)

Seems to me once you allocate dice they are spent whether you needed to roll them or not.

If a new Medic counters pops up on a location where there is already an IJA counter, is the Medic automatically dead? No, draw for a new location or is it placed in a new location instead? yes This was fun. I only gained 17 points. Twice IJA popped up on or next to a Medic so some rounds were very short :-) But dont forget, IJA  will only attack if activated by a card and if they are already adjacent to medic or Doss. Also, I assumed that removed Medic counters are returned to the opaque container? Correct.

Can Doss move one hex and then rescue adjacent 'Medic!' counter? yes he can.

Or does he have to 'move onto the hex' occupied by the 'Medic!'? No he does not.

Also, what do the numbers on the front page next to '... survivors' markers mean? A-3, 4-6, 7-9? Those numbers are for people that dont feel like cutting out the counters. You can pull a card whenever you need to do a rescue and see what "survivor" counter you get instead of flipping a counter.

Wonderfully put together game. Small footprint, great aesthetics, interesting gameplay and it plays under an hour...checks all the boxes of a great game for me. Having a blast with it.
