So what this 0.13  update is all about? I just played it and I didnt saw a new scene, only Natsume scenes from 0.12. I'm confused

So I had a bunch of questions since I bought this game 2 days ago (Its Good and worthy to be in Steam btw)

1. How to get the animations gallery? - I bought this game for 8 Euros and it says ingame at least I shoulda bought it for 10Euros, Do i need to buy it again or just add money? 

2. Is there a Guide/Walkthrough for all characters up to the most recent update?

3. In my Android phone, when there is a H scene my screen doesnt show the animation the characters are doing! - is it a bug or I need to reinstall it to my android? (Got a Samsung A52s with 2.7G RAM available)
