UPDATE: Turns out I don't even have the room that the guy is in. After I enter the vent and come across the 5 vents, there is no room to the left like one of the youtube videos I watched.

Also, there are a few bugs (honestly might just be my crappy computer though): I can't access the skins or a few of the sex scenes. Also there is no Arcade room like the one in the images for the game advertisement.

I don't think the game is abandoned (I really hope not at least), it could just be because of the censorship on itch.io that happened a little while ago, since as far as I am aware it's been quite a while since an update.
