Thanks for the great feedback! It's very much appreciated. And no worries on not commenting sooner! I'm glad you enjoyed it overall. Thanks for the comment.

If you have the time would love feedback on the game I made for the jam! All good if not too. I have added your game to my games to come back to from this jam.

Level 3 was hard because the platform moves to fast to place, level 4 was really cool and nice twist on the established concept! I could not figure out level 5, but it might be a skill issue on my part. Loved the game! Would love to play more after the jam!

The game is really fun to play as a puzzle platforming style game. The one issue that I had was the controls personally. Felt unintuitive to learn the controls. I got it, but it still wasn't comfortable. Other than that, very very good game!

Very very cool game. Made it to the end with only 13 years left to use. Thought I was going to have to restart. I could see this being expanded into a full game as well! Really cool concept and take on the theme.

The art is some of my favorite in the jam! Very well made. The game plays fluidly and seemingly without issues. Great job on the game!

Very nice bullet hell style game! I loved the audio and art in this game. Would love to see more.

The art is very cute! Hard, but very fun game! I wish there was more of a tutorial, but other than that, very fun game.

Appreciate it! I have some people saying it's a bit too much, which is fair. I will probably create a guided tutorial of 5 floors on the first adventure to introduce concepts slowly. Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the comment.

Really enjoyed the game, but the dragging felt really slow. This might just be a WebGL issue and not something with the game, but wanted to mention it. Other than that, very fun game!

Very fun game and I love the take on the theme you did. Really nice puzzle game. Very well made within the time as well.

Nice game! Was fun to pick up and learn. Good job with making this during the jam!

Very great audio and sound design. Well done with that! Had fun with the resource management aspect!

Yeah, the bosses if they roll with a harder Affix can easily end a run if you're not paying too much attention! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for playing the game!

I'm glad you liked it! It looks like you might have died on floor 10 there! I'm glad you enjoyed it over all. Thanks for playing and leaving a comment!

Yeah, I got sucked into it a bit too much while making it! It really made me lose an hour or two just playing it over and over and getting lost in it. I'm glad you like it. Thanks for the kind words. I really appreciate it!

Hard game, but really fun! Would love to see more puzzles! Good job on the jam!

I'm glad you liked the visuals and gameplay! I appreciate that you think it's original and polished. I feel like it needs more polishing, but I'm currently working on that. Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate the feedback!

Thanks a ton for the comment! I wanted it to be a more chill game than other things I thought might be submitted. I went far from the theme, but I feel like it fits nicely without making the player feel rushed, or at least I hope so. haha

(1 edit)

gmtk2026 is the code ;) You're the first to ask about it!! I completely forgot to add it anywhere. Mistake on my part. I made it to get a bit of gems for character unlocks or equipment to make it easier for the people rating within the jam.
Thanks so much for the comment and very nice words! I will absolutely be developing further and have already started. The first major update will be skill effects and instead of skills being wordy, they will have icons and the same hover information. I want the game to feel less wordy overall if I can help it.

This as a fun running game with minigames! Would love to see it developed more! Good job!

Thanks! There is less content than it seems actually, I just happened to think up ideas to reuse the concept of the coin pusher and things worked out well making a few different game modes and it giving the illusion of more content even though it's a repeated concept!

Hope your friends enjoy it as well and hope you get the chance to play more. I feel like I should have had all of the characters unlocked for the jam as each one has it's own set of skills with one shared skill across all heroes.

Thanks again for the comment, it's greatly appreciated!

Thanks and absolutely plan on expanding this and improving the gameplay. I'm glad you enjoyed the game!
Thanks for leaving a review, I really appreciate it.

Thanks, I really appreciate that! I plan to keep developing it outside of the jam! Stay tuned!

Really loved the game. The art style is absolutely beautiful. The only critique I have is that the controls didn't feel intuitive to me. If I could rebind the keys, I think it could be really awesome!

Fun puzzle game! Would love to see more variety in it overall, but I had a good time playing it!

Played it a bit ago and had fun with it! I left a comment there as well. :)

The plan was to have 1 Trillion in debt, but that was so far from achievable for the jam, that I reduced it to just the 10 thousand! haha
When I do a full release, I will probably make it 1 Trillion and make it actually achievable.
I'm glad you enjoyed the game! Thanks for the review!

Really fun puzzle game. You introduce concepts slowly and in a way that makes it intuitive to learn and pick them up. Would be nice to be able to see the level you are currently on, but that is my on critique of the game. Adding it to my games to come back to after the jam to play! Good work on this game!

Thanks! The art is mine, but the music credits go to CozyTunes by PizzaDoggy. He makes really good tracks and worth checking out. The credits are both in game and on this page!

Thanks for playing! Glad you liked the art and enjoyed the gameplay! If you have any feedback on things you would like to see in a future update, I'm all ears for suggestions. This is probably going to be a long term project and I'm going to keep developing it into something that will hopefully be worthy of a full Steam release.

Thanks again for the rating and review. I really appreciate it a ton.

When the doors fall onto the board, putting more coins onto that side will push the door that you want to go into down, but that isn't explained well in the game and I will get that fixed as part of the after jam updates! Thanks for playing and I'm glad you thought it was satisfying and fun to play!
The decision making process is something I really struggled with and I think a lot of balancing needs to be done to make the choices feel more impactful as you go through the floors in the Adventure game mode. It was something I personally struggled with in the time frame.

I was not expecting to deal all of the dragons health and then the fight start! Very fun take on the bullet hell style of game! Hard game, but very fun and polished!

This was a fun little farming game! Died at 75, had a good life and a good farm! Lots of cows!

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!

This is such a cute little relaxing game! Really enjoyed playing it.

Cute and fun game! Barely made it to the bottom! Really loved the art for the game and the people yelling as you fall.

It feels like Reigns (and similar resource games) with minigames in between the choices! Also, I noticed you have a web build, you can enable HTML5 browser playable by clicking the "This file will be played in the browser" under that upload! Just want to let you know incase you missed it.

Would love to see this expanded to have more options for play. I don't think the timer is needed and would work better as a turn based strategy game, but other than that, REALLY strong game play and mechanics. It feels like a game that I would buy on steam to wind down at the end of the night. Super fun game!

Didn't understand how it worked for a minute or two in the beginning, but got the hang of it. Fun take on the tower knockdown genre! As another comment said, a way to zoom out instead of hitting the sides to see the full level would be a nice addition.
