В папке есть инструкция, если на телефоне играть. Все написано на русском.

Потому что и так можно играть на андроиде через  прогу JoiPlay. Движок, который я использую, почти никак не сможет сделать по-другому.

Что такое апк. Может APK для телефонов? Если да, то никогда.
