I've really enjoyed reading through this! And I like the art (particularly illustrating the various entrances. This helps a lot.)

One thing I've noted is the line "Moon Keys regenerating"... because one of them is found at the bottom of the Pit in the same room as the Armadillo guy (who isn't hyperlinked/bolded btw!). What did you mean by Moon Keys regenerating?

Also, I think I can piece together a natural conclusion, but it'd be great to have a short blurb of "here are possible outcomes / what might happen next depending on what the PCs."

Overall, really great stuff for PWYW!
