So the dragon does spawn but you have to spawn it yourself by landing on the top of the mountain with light near the monolith. Once there you have to press (in XBOX buttons) Y then B then A then X then Y, with a little time between them. This is a Dragon ''Chanting'' mechanic that is very early in dev.
Im very sorry about the pause menu, this build has it broken (and I kinda suck at UX)
