Works fine for me on Win10. Make sure you either drag and drop images onto the EXE file, or run it from the command prompt. Just trying to open the EXE itself does nothing.

Go into the "runtime" folder and open yarnspin.exe This will take you through the example game/tutorial. Afterwards, you can copy this folder and edit the contents to create your own game.

Enjoyed this years ago, excited to enjoy it again! One question: is there any way to scale the resolution or force the game to run at full screen? 640x480 is pretty small by today's standards.
