first you need to have unity here is link https://unity.com/download next you need to make a account next download the archive 2022.3.2f1 and to download the 2022.3.2f1 here is the link  https://unity.com/releases/editor/archive click on 2022next download the file here is the link BigScary.rar - Google Drive its not a virus then click add then add project from disk also you need win.rar download it setup it then left click the bigscary.rar  click on extract files then go back to unity hub click on add then add project from disk click on big scary click on big scary again then click add then it will open up the project then your done and if your publishing the game click on file build settings then click on max texture size apply overrides then click on build thats it
