fantastic game but why are does enmies spawn right in your face i always die the fight even start

cool game the art is amazing and it had me stresed but can you add an option to change controls i really strugled trying to adjust to the default controls and candles burn even if your not holding them(idk if thats was your choice or not )and it will be cool if you can use them on buttons alongside with rocks and maybe add an explantion on how to evade monsters if you lost the round they were in or something like that

overlall a really beautifull game i liked the monsters designs and art
