I bring it up mainly as it HAS been a problem with your previous games! I love your work to be clear, you do an excellent job on these projects! I just would ask you keep folks of a orientation that only appreciates one gender/genitalia in mind as you work on future games as I've felt that was an overlooked aspect in previous ones! and I do apologize if I was a bit harsh sounding as that was not my intent.

Certainly, not expecting everything to happen in a flash, merely the phrasing on that reply seemed oddly aggressive towards people merely wanting their sexuality to be represented, implying a completely denial to the CONCEPT of allowing people to curate their experience, not it being an issue of dev time, there ARE also lower dev time solutions to the issue, such as allowing people to skip animations of the monsters that are bound to the gender they aren't into, so they can progress to the monsters they DO enjoy the animations of without having to engage with content opposed to their sexuality to progress
I don't love that mindset, it's not the players want to erase genders or sexualities, they just only want to experience the content that aligns to their personal experience with gender and sexuality, and forcing the player to be bisexual is going to limit the players who will be able to enjoy your game, if that's your choice that's fine, just don't portray it as those players wanting to "erase" others sexuality when they simply want to remain within their own
The idea of this is nice but I I think there's a few issues with the tables as written that make it a little awkward to use out of the box, the mix of modern day and fantasy elements mean you'll have to make some modifications to make it properly usable(yes you can reroll or just describe something else but that's still an extra hoop to jump through) so for future tables it may be worth splitting them out to have a few similar tables for broad settings, so rather than a toy car the medieval fantasy version of that table might have something like a doll or wooden horse, while the modern day version of another table might replace the book of spells with a manual of technical information,
the choice to have a 50 item table is odd since there's not really any good way to randomize that quickly at a physical table, best you could do would be d100 divided by 2 rounded up which makes randomizing it slower and adds more mental strain to the DM for math when the point of a table like this is to REDUCE strain
