Thank you very much for playing and making the video, it made my day :D
Makes me want to go back and improve a bunch of things!

Great fun, very fast paced. I had to participate a bit in the speedrunning competition going on in the comments on the page.

Hope I killed Greg, that slimy slime >:)

But can you beat this?!?

Thanks for the kind words and thank you for playing!

You are definitely right regarding the movement and the annoying run backs. I wanted the jump to be slow, to force the player to be very deliberate with their jumps and build some tension. But after dying far into the game, I also get the urge to just speedrun.
I also made a mistake with the level design, and had a few too many horizontal sections. If the game was more vertical, the player could learn where it would be safe to fall (as well as create safe platforms using the corpse mechanic), and then very quickly get back to where they were when they died last.

Oh well, lessons learned!

Great game and very atmospheric! If you have not played it, I'd recommend trying Scanner Sombre :)

After watching A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, this was just what I needed!

Loving the concept, and my head is bobbing to the music. I am however terrible at the game!

Playable browser version now added!

38 kills! Love a good arcade game. I think being able to select which dialogue option to choose is a bit of a shame, and using the limitation to STOP the player from being able to choose anything other than violence would have been a good joke (at the risk of having a player try every button on the keyboard trying to select something else).

Very fun once you get a hang of it and build up speed. I was sadly not responsible enough to watch over the horse, it F* died

GREAT use of the limitation, and fun to play

Really great use of the limitation, the controls were very intuitive!
