I want to give your game another try for sure. I'm actually on Linux now so it's a little harder for me to run Windows games now. I tried it on my laptop but I think it was having a hard time running the game!
I think you really nailed the theme of the jam! This game certainly has a cozy winter vibe. Love the art style and making snow angels is a very novel mechanic.
Fun game! I clipped out the side of the wall on the right side of Mountain 3 though. Might want to take a look at that if you wanna keep developing this game!
Cute game. Definitely fits the cozy game vibe. Seems a little long for what it is though. Consider something like the E key in the future for interacting so spacebar can be saved for jumping.
Yeah I just noticed how high the mouse sensitivity was myself today. I am going to plan on patching the game to lower that and hopefully allow for that be to set in an options menu. Thank you for the feedback!
If you're concerned about whether people like what you are doing than releasing a demo is probably your best option. I agree that making the game episodic may cause people to fall off or forget about your game.
Cool vibes and enjoyed the note taking mechanic. I look forward to seeing how that mechanic gets used further in the full game and I will have to check out the original three verses!
