Love the concept of switching forms, it seems you're already aware of the lag, but it did cause me to crash a few times, and restarting did not help. Narration style was cute also, good job :)

I really love the aesthetic you've got going — it's got a super cool, cartoony vibe that works so well!
My only issue with the game was the walking mechanics. Having to press a button for each step started to feel a bit tiring over time. I’m wondering if I might have missed something or misunderstood how it was meant to work?
That said, Mr. Punchy’s Deadly Derby is an awesome name — The name instantly grabbed my attention!
Wow, your art style is absolutely stunning! If you created this color palette yourself, I'm seriously impressed — your sense of color harmony is INCREDABLE. The overall theme was also perfectly executed and really brought everything together beautifully.
My only critique is that the controls felt a bit clunky at times. I'm not sure if that’s due to my own playstyle or if it's something in the design itself, but it did affect the gameplay experience a little.
Either way, amazing work — truly impressive!
Hi there, thanks for playing! Yes, just the four customers, we weren't sure if it was too easy because we knew them or just in general but the feedback leans to making it more difficult if we continue working on it.
No, we didn't have time to add an in-game element to the curses just yet so just playing on human conscious and funny disclaimers, if you can read them. The risk for the player also applies to potential failure as too many wrong guesses make customers suspicious, and they leave. You need a perfect sales score to pass; the player is essentially making risky sales to be freed from purgatory.
Expanding seemed to work for some and not others so we will have to look into it, thanks for the feedback :)
The colour themes and art style are really cool, it looks like you are working on this project outside of the game jam so chose not to push for a smaller completed project at this stage. Unfortunately, there is only one card type, and the first battle is unable to be beat in its current stage so not much to comment on in that area. We wish you the best moving forward with this project, based on the visuals so far, we look forward on seeing where it goes.
The art style is really cute, good effort! We liked being able to change out the weapons as we went along but weren't entirely sure (in game play) if they made a difference in combat - this is however explained in your game pages description. Also, we initially thought all utensils would pose a risk, eventually we dropped our guard before we were wiped out by a rolling pin. Character designs were really fun, good work :)
This game is really cute! We couldn't find a way to expand the screen which would have been nice. Having the noise meter reflecting the chicken's volume as they startle rather than the players movement was a nice touch compared to similar games.
Not sure if we were supposed to be able to pass the fence or not, visually it indicates a boundary but there was none. If you intend to work on the game after the jam, some art showing breaks in the fence where you are able to pass may improve that interaction. Overall, good job :)
