i can confirm I need to take my pills

the inverted controls were trippy but everything else was nice.

i get a feeling this one is winning . atleast top 3.
the art was very simple but looked good.
the theme was clearly followed.
it was executed very well overall. (unlike mine)

that's fair

I planned to add a zone that chases you which would drain power a lot faster while also managing power because attacking drains the power by a flat amount.

but that clearly did not make it in because i procrastinated

my game is pretty messy but this is my first game jam
