People saying this game is easy has me baffled because I could not make it past 2-3 stages.

Nonetheless it is a pretty cool idea and very well done. Nice job!

I liked the idea for this one, and how everything comes together at the end. Personally I felt like the bubble gum draining constantly was unnecessary. Otherwise it was quite fun, and the ending was well done. Nice job!

It's an interesting concept, for me though it felt a bit too difficult to build up momentum. I think if the grappling hook had more of a pulling force instead of a spring force that would help a lot.

Started out a little slow, but I enjoyed it once things picked up a bit. Nice job creating this game in such a short time!

Although it is missing a few things, the game is quite fun!

I found it amusing how you can abuse some of the mechanics of moving the trampoline around, placing it in the air, or spamming space/r. This actually made the game a lot more interesting.

Nice job!

This is a fun brain teaser; I spent a good while playing on easy difficulty just trying to come up with long words.

The combo/item effect animations & sounds are quite satisfying; as is the shader effect on the letter buttons.

I could see this game being developed further. Nice job!

Cat game yay!!

This is a lot of fun! I thought the contrast of the eerie atmospheric soundtrack with the voice recorded sound effects was hilarious xD

The game fits the theme well with repurposing the bucket to proceed through the levels. The various mechanics were interesting, only one I had trouble with was the running one which required a certain timing to get through.

Nice job!

Very unique and interesting idea!

I like how the character spins around. The mechanic of picking up and detaching objects works quite well, and synergizes with the spinning mechanic to pick up objects at different angles and "clothe" yourself in them to block the lasers.

I think this game is at its best when you are moving and picking up objects quickly, especially with the upbeat music vibe. It kind of reminds me of the Sonic games.

I was having a lot of fun until I ran into this level, where you go down a ramp picking up speed and objects in a circle. Then you are forced to recombine through a narrow pathway, and recombine again to block the lasers through a narrow maze:

I could probably get through it with some perseverance; but I felt like this level forced me to slow down too much and took away from the fun. Overall I really like the concept and this game definitely deserves a high rating. I would definitely play a longer and more polished version of this game. Nice job!

I like the concept and the character arts! Unfortunately the double jump character did not work for me (could only jump once) so I could not progress.

Nice job, I enjoyed the animations for fighting with the different weapons!

As for feedback, I think the music could use some work; and some indicator of how many levels there are would be nice. I wasn't sure if there was an ending. Great job for your first solo game!

Great fun, nice job with this!

I didn't participate in this jam but I wanted to play a few of the top entries. You guys did a great job with this!

I like how the apple visibly decays as you move around more. I think mouse for movement is a little slow, would have liked to see arrows keys or something for the longer levels with lots of moves.

I like the title haha

The animations are cool, I wish there was a bit more variety in the attacks but it's a good effort in the time allotted

Really nice job on the atmosphere!

Fun game, straight to the point :D

This looks amazing--5 stars for the art. My only critique would be the movement feels a little slow, and it can be a bit difficult to figure out how to play at first. I was not sure how to create the epitaphs for the ghosts. Overall nice job!

I'm a sucker for these types of games lol

Good job!

Really cool concept, only slightly infuriating that the movement is momentum-based making it quite challenging

Hi! Thank you for the kind words. I have done a few of my own menus in the past, but for this project I used Maaack's game template which is available in the Godot Asset Library. This is also my 2nd time using the template; I used in our project for GWJ#81. Thanks <3

Thanks! Yes level 8 is quite tricky haha. If you would like to try some of the other levels, there is a "Skip" button on the top right. Thank you for playing <3

Challenging typing game, very enjoyable! I do wish there was some progress bar showing how close you are to finishing the "curse". I could see this being fleshed out more as well as a unique concept. Good job!

Send me your jam games and I will play them :D

That is all haha

Fun game, nice job!

I would say the movement speed feels a little slow, I wish I could move at "blue potion speed" all the time. Very interesting idea!

Really fun game! This is a great take on the theme with the "decaying floor".

(We though about doing something like that too but struggled with a good idea for it haha.)

I got stuck on this level, from the comments it sounds like you can't proceed any further?

Great job and best of luck!

Thank you for playing! Agreed Level 8 is quite tricky; fortunately not all the levels are as difficult. If you would like to try some of the other levels, there is a "Skip" button on the top right. And thank you for the kind words <3

Love it! Figuring out how to "operate" was a bit tricky (pressing F forces the camera to a weird angle, I preferred to just walk around and use shift to zoom.)
Would have liked to see some variety in tools used to operate on the zombies; and some kind of ending.
Overall nice job!

PS: the zombie animations are so hilarious

My favorite part of the game:

This was really fun, good job! I love the different types of zombies and the ending was perfect :D

It's very good, definitely like the style and the gameplay is interesting. Great job!

Honestly pretty fun--the foundation is definitely there!

No game uploaded :(

I like the idea quite a bit for this one--I could see this being fleshed out into a full game. I thought the audio and the ambience were both done quite well, although the platforming mechanics were a bit tricky. Nice job!

I like it, the controls are interesting and provide a good challenge

The number of times I raged from falling to my death... and the ending; so cruel! Good job :D

This is awesome! I only wish the screen was a bit larger, or had a fullscreen option. Nice job!

Really cool idea, I love it! Had a bit of a hard time finding all the "clues" but eventually got it. Nice job!

Wow, you guys managed to pull off a lot in such a short amount of time!

The game is pretty fun, the only hiccup I ran into was getting stuck while trying to walk through rooms, or immediately walking into an enemy.

Nice job!

Great job, I am always impressed with the level of polish on your games!

Here you go :D
