well ig I'll be adding godot back to my steam library, pretty much all pc gamers care more about high fps than hyper-realistic graphics anyways

what about unreal engine 5? people have done some incredible things with it, but I'm not sure if there's anything else wrong with epic games other than releasing the abomination known as fortnite

oh that was fetimation then, right? for some reason I thought kircai went after you first

I knew everyone was going through hard times during the pandemic but holy crap, lost two loved ones and around the time kircai was going after you? I would've never gotten back on my feet if that happened to me. well I'm glad to see that you're still pulling through, DQ wasn't my cup of tea anyway so I won't complain

the only one that I'm aware of is a complete remaster of depravity quest, which will have a very similar evolution to dwarf fortress, the game it was based on, the current DQ has simple dots and rp text much like how dwarf fortress was like when it started, but the new DQ will have 2.5d graphics if my train of thought it correct, and may have actual cinematic cutscenes and smaller animations for things like wetting and messing

don't quote me on any of this because I only remember all that vaguely and I'm not very certain to begin with

oh ok, I do recall there being a feminine-looking dragon on the 2d art for shemmy's quest, so that must be what the big dragon is supposed to look like

and I completely understand, I, for one, can't even put 1 and 1 together in godot engine (though I plan to move to unreal 5 like everyone else) so I'm 100% aware how difficult it is to crunch numbers and do all that other game dev stuff

(1 edit)

put the review in the wrong place and didn't even realize it til 2 months later

any chance we'll see  dragon types that are more feminine?
