Yes! We have contacted itch.io to solve the issue. Don't worry, every link and file is completely safe despite the warning!

Dear itch.io team,
After more than a year of exceptional performance, our game Problematic Subjects was suddenly delisted without any prior notice. It had become one of the most popular NSFW games on itch.io, and we still don't know why it got de-indexed. It fully complies with itch.io's guidelines (just like all of our games) and was receiving a huge amount of traffic. We contacted the support team by both email and Discord about a week ago, but we have not yet received a response.
Ticket ID: 386245
After investigating on our own, we think it's possible that, even the game was correctly flagged as NSFW, we accidentally left the Sensitive Content warning unchecked at some point. However, even that seems like a weak hypothesis: the game had been live for over a year with consistently high traffic (around 50,000 daily visits), so we would have expected such an issue to have been detected by the itch.io team much earlier if that had been the cause.
We have a couple of questions:
- First and foremost, what happened? Is it possible for the game to be indexed again?
- We have several other games we'd like to publish on itch.io, but we're unsure whether this is the right time. Would they be indexed normally, or would it be better to wait until the situation with Problematic Subjects has been resolved? (For context, another NSFW game we have published on itch.io has not been de-indexed.)
Sorry for the long message. We've always encouraged our community to use itch.io as their primary platform, so this delisted has been quite disruptive for our players.
Thank you for your time!

(Sorry, I think I explained it in the most confusing way?)
