How do I get planks? I've clicked on just about everyone and everything, and I still can't tell what/where the planks are.

How do you get the part where sana is in a bathing suit? I see it in the gallary, and it tells me to go to the tailor next to the bar, but when I go it says that she isn't selling right now or something along those lines. Did I miss a part?
