Hi, in the settings menu at the bottom left corner of the screen there are sliders for "bounce force" and "bounce gravity" to change how the bouncing behaves. Turn those all the way down if you want no bounce at all. (These settings are not bound to a specific character as far as I know so if you change to a model that you want to have bounce you need to turn the sliders up again each time)
