Can the creator's character art be used as reference for a personal item? (like plushies, standees, etc.)
I saw the do's and dont's of their game being used as a merchandise, but I struggle since I can't just use other people's art for reference without their permission, and I can't certainly use Fantasia's without any confirmation that it is okay to use their art as reference for a personal item.

there isn't any as of now, I tried to search but all you can do really is get a Sol plushie for custom made. But even its a problem for me, because I dont know if the creator doesn't mind using their art as reference to make the custom plushie. Since they don't want their art Mass produced, or used in anyway. Anything else is fine, its just that you shouldn't use Steal/Use their art to sell. You can also find it on their Tweet!

I want to ask, but is the patreon connected to this? like since you bought the $3 from the patreon, are you able to get the NSFW version with it too? or do you have to donate in this site, and buy from the patreon separately?
