I'm trying to get my save file that's currently on the browser onto the downloaded version but the button that says "to file" is broken, when i try to press it it does nothing. Plz help

I currently have a save file that I'm playing on with browser and I wanted to download the game and use the app instead, but whenever I go to press the button on the web game it does nothing, I could press it a hundred times and it doesn't do anything. Please help
