Guys I found the completed game, it's called Underfell and it's available on Darkpetal's page!
Edit: It is not the same. The characters are and so is the setting but it is a completely different story and honestly I personally prefer this one.. There are no interactions with our friends in that one and a lot of the content is totally different so...

So, here's the walkthrough reposted!
Here's a mini guide for all routes.
-Look out the window
-Approach the old man
-Daisy, Lunch
-Go for a run
-Linger
-Jump back
-Alleyway
-Swan Park
-Rest
-Check on him
-Ask him about his son
-Inquire about Edward
-Ask him what he knows
-Groceries and Pillow (-Accept his help)
-Stay at Black swan first
-Leave at the second with your friends (-Politely Refuse)
-Stop by at Mr. Scotts before your morning run
-Step inside Mr. Scotts home
-What if their all connected?
-Wait -I like your watch {Convo with Edward}
-Your father must be proud of you {Convo with Edward}
-Mr. Scott adored you {Convo with Edward}
-He looked forward to your visits {Convo with Edward}
-Go Left/Right or Even Duck, all the options are right.
{This works for all routes}
[With Sans and his extra scenes, just don't refuse him anywhere and don't step back when he kisses you... Idk maybe u can step back but I've never tried it because my soul says that if I ever refuse him then I'll meet an early end. Also when he meets you at the building after the shooting {even Mr. Scott dies here, RIP} He will be furious as to why there's another man's cologne on you (Also cuz he's concerned were we were cuz we weren't at the black swan nor at home) {It's just our buddies when we tell them about our bro, they hug us(awwwww)} Stop him from leaving angry {cuz it gives u an adorable scene}]
[With Winding, again, just don't refuse him anywhere.]
[Papyrus can't kill you {I think} so just go by the above options to reach the end with him.]

This was such a brilliant chapter [Tysm for the birthday gift <3], I did not expect liking Tellus so much! Since I usually don't really care for the childhood friends to lovers trope and yet... He was really well layered and since my fav trope is enemies to lovers, he kinda doesn't like, automatically be our bff again cuz of trauma and acts like he kinda hates us and how "good" we had it, I really liked that.
I f***ing love Vicente... ["Those cheekbones are as lethal as his rapiers" LMAOOOOO YES.]
this scene was also so goddamn-
[Evelyn scowls and turns to you. “These two behave like children,” she signs. “You can do so much better. Honestly, I don’t understand your fascination with Vicente. They’re-”
You grab her hands to still them, then sign back briefly, emphatically, “Not here. Vicente understands sign.”
Evelyn’s eyes widen and she swivels toward Vicente, who’s watching the two of you. His lips lift in a slow, languid smile.]
