Yes, it possible. Just add/edit some files into Webserver>www (local website) to modify roblox services. You can add your own anticheat to servers, bad chat phrases filtration and more.

what happened with the server? if you install the launcher correct, the game 100% will be correct working

It's a just threat from antivirus that mean the executable that "fake" (Modified) roblox client without official file properties and PublicKey's. 2020&2021 Has been modified more than ten times with using HxD, x32dbg. My antivirus tried too delete the executable. So it's a normal situation.
