I think those were just easter eggs and not the actual secrets

If anyone has been trying to found the 'secrets' implemented in the day 4, this is all I have discovered so far. Trigger warning, don't do this if you're easily disturbed and major spoilers about the game.
So, during the game two different diary pages may appear in the diary menu, they are called 'mysterious page' and only contains one message like 'Bring me back' or 'Find me'. I realised that in the profile of the creator you can find some images with the text 'Karina.exe not found'.
You can't add .exe files to the game but you can add folders. So I tried and added a folder named Karina in the game files, and after a few tryings, you get a special scene if you add the folder in the 'characters' folder, don't place it inside the main or side characters, just in the characters folder. You'll get 4 scenes, you have to keep launching the game even when it crashes. To play the game again just delete the folder
Then, in the characters menu, if you go to any character and type 'karina', you get a hidden creepy page.
I'm pretty sure that's all, it's a bit disturbing but interesting.
