There's limited modding support already in the game: custom timetables. Aircraft repaints are in the development queue. Announcement will be in the developer logs and/or YT when ready. If you are a 3D model maker, please send an e-mail for the address in the game Credits section.

1. Read the hints written on-screen (can be turned on again in Setup New Game menu, Show tips checkbox)

After instructing a turn, the aircraft should join the final parts of the landing pattern, i.e. proceed to final or base so that they can actually execute the landing pattern. In order to be able to give the Proceed to base or Proceed to final instructions you need to position the aircraft to a point where the turn to base/final is possible (outer side, down on the pattern).
