Appreciate the kind words! And to answer your question Neon Punk uses a d20 roll under system which means you are attempting to roll under your stat rather than over.  So yes, compared to traditional d20 systems like D&D it is backwards.

I love the concept and simplicity of this whole game I just had one questions.  When in combat do you automatically hit or do you have to roll a test first?

I am super excited to give this a run at  my table.  I love the setting and the vibe! My only question which I did not find addresses in the book is equipment and gear any tips on how to go about that so not all players have an infinite amount?
