Omg thank you! The instrument doing the strumming is the "Halion Sonic SE3 Brickwall Nylon NoteExp"! To make the Guitar sound a little bit more like strumming I used this tutorial: 

The synth I used was called "Kitty Synth" also from the Halion Sonic SE3 : )  It sounds really similar to yours 😸
